My First Artistic Success
Back in 2000, while I was temping in the Vascular Diagnostics Lab, at the University of Washington Hospital, the technicians were putting together a medical book on their procedures. I was only there to answer phones but the office manager discovered I was an artist and asked me to do some drawings of photos she provided. By the next year my art was published in this book.

Artist Bio
Kim Arbios
I've enjoyed making visual art since I was old enough to hold a pencil. I like to use many different kinds of mediums and paint whatever moves me. At one point I thought I'd be a scientific illustrator but then decided that making art for me was much more satisfying. I'm also a photographer but that is for another web page.
